RE: Callahan Addition
Dear Ms. Turner:
Please accept this as our final submittal for the Callahan Addition. I asked the architect
how many stamped sets he needed and somehow he came up with eleven. I am attaching
fourteen sets of the plans with the modification to the Fire Department Connection and
the revised easement on the Final Plat. We are in the process of writing and procuring
the necessary offsite easements. As soon as they are filed we will add the volume and
pages to the plat and get signed copies to the City for signatures and filing.
