Elm Street Carrolton, Texas 75006 RE: Gateway Business Park, Lots 1R 2R, Block C Parking Lot Expansion Dear Mr. Wright: The City of Coppell has reviewed the plans for the referenced addition and with the following condition, the plans will be approved. 1. Provide inlet protection for the drainage inlet on the erosion control plan. Please submit copies of the plans for the City Engineer's stamp. The City of Coppell requires three sets for its use; your office should submit as many additional sets as necessary for construction operations. All contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans approved by the City of Coppell. All fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction. These fees consist of construction inspection fees to be paid to this office. The City assesses a 2% inspection fee for all private construction and 4% for public installations.
