Our office is aware that the above captioned project is nearing completion. We respectfully
request that representatives of the City of Coppell Utility and Streets Departments be allowed a
final walk - through conducted by the contractor and your designated representatives. Please call
the Engineering Department at 972 - 304 -3679 to schedule this important step in the completion of
the construction process.
Please also have your office provide record drawings once the project is 100% complete. These
drawings are important to our GIS Department and will be of tremendous help to our ongoing
mapping effort. If the drawings are available in electronic format as well as blueline and /or
mylar, the format we use is .dwg or Axf from AutoCAD 14 or 2000. The record drawings
should be sent to the attention of Scott Latta, Engineering Technician, City of Coppell
Engineering Department.
