The required two -year maintenance bonds have not been received as of today's date, nor have lab- testing reports on the paving subgrade been provided to this office. It appears that all construction items have been addressed and corrected. However, the two -year maintenance bonds have not been received nor have lab- testing reports on the paving subgrade been provided to this office. These two remaining items must be forwarded to the Engineering Department as soon as possible in order for the project to be accepted by the City of Coppell. Please make this a priority so that the project can be completed in a timely manner for all concerned.
