This writing is to confirm and document the instructions received from the city of Coppell on august 15, 2002
concerning the scope of work on the 30" force main at station 20+65.95 through station 20+90.00. Reference Turner
Collie & Braden Inc. drawing 10 and I 1 of 12 dated April 15,2002
The 45 degree bend at the 20+65 shall not be installed at this location we are to install the 30" by 18" tee at end of
22.5 degree bend and plug, the 4 " gate valve on top of 18" blind flange shall be installed and wrapped with poly
and buried after testing. the balance of the scheduled materials and fittings shall be turned over to city of Coppell in
the existing Sandy Lake lift station yard. Reference attached sketch sks815, should you have any questions please
