Oncor Electric Delivery Company has reviewed your revised plans and made
determination that Onoor must deny your request for use of its Right of Way to
construct an elevated sidewalk. Oncor Electric Delivery Company reviews every
request to use its property to assure the integrity of the right of ways is Preserved, for
the efficient operation and maintenance of its electrical facilities, and to protect the
public safety.
After prudent review, Oncor Electric Delivery Company has determined that allowing
the elevated sidewalk within Oncor Electric Delivery Company Right of Way would be
inconsistent with its operational guidelines. Therefore, please alter your plans not to
involve Oncor Electric Delivery Company's right of way. Thank you for your patience
