Preliminary Punch List
Dear Mr. Bennett
The following is a revised preliminary punch list for the above referenced project. The
items listed are not sequenced to complete the construction of the project.
1. Complete all backfill along Creekview Drive, State Road and Ruby Road according
to the plans.
2. Complete the placement of the solid sod and the hydro mulch seeding.
3. Complete the installation of all traffic control buttons, and pavement markings.
4. Install brick pavers on the north median nose on Freeport Parkway.
5. Adjust and appropriately identify all water valves, and adjust and paint all fire
hydrants.
6. Complete construction of the sidewalk and the placement of joint sealants on new
paving sections and on the sidewalk.
7. Replace all damaged irrigation and complete final grading along Creekview Drive,
adjacent to Craftmade International, Inc.
8. Complete the installation of all underground conduit necessary for the installation of
the street lights by Oncor.
9. Install the safety rail (PR -1) at the gabions along Creekview.

10. Repair existing cable and pipe fence on Ruby Road and State Road.
11. Provide the 2 -inch irrigation tap, meter and double -check valve on State Road, and
install underground irrigation in the median per plans.
12. Complete the asphalt paving section of the northbound lanes of State Road.
13. Install two — 2 -inch air release valves.
14. Provide marked -up set of plans noting any construction changes to the engineer of
record.
This is preliminary and not a complete punch list. Please provide an updated schedule for
the completion of this work. Upon completion of the project a final walk - through will be
scheduled. Your attention to this matter is appreciated and should you have any
