RE: First American Bank Walk -thru
1. Letter from Landscaper that he will not cover water valves or manholes and will not
damage manholes, valve stacks, or meter cans.
2. Need test on irrigation DC.
3. Need plugs in DC.
4. Need cap on curb stop cut -off.
5. Mark 1RR and DOM with blue paint on curb.
6. Meter cans to grade after landscape work
7. Check for DC for DOM 2) DC test papers.
8. Mark FH in red on curb for City FH.
9. Need to reset valve stack to work valve on yellow FH.
10. Need lock latch on vault lid.
11. Plugs in DC on vault (small and large plugs).
12. Need drainage around vault (T').
13. Oil red FH and replace bottom seal in FH; will not cut off.
14. Mark MLV in blue on curb; mark FHV in red on curb.
15. Clean out irrigation for City meter and DC.
16. Manhole chimney seal damaged; reset (1' manhole from building).
17. Holding in bottom; not draining (1° manhole from building).
18. Mark MH in red on curb for all manholes.
19. Mark CO in red on curb at clean -out.
