Bentley Engineering 702 Gatewood Drive Garland, TX 75043 RE: Wynn page Plaza South, Lot 2, Block A ' Construction Plan Review Comments Dear Mr. Bentley: The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: Cover Sheet - 1. The Site Plan Sheet is missing from this submittal. 2. Revise the Sheet Index to reflect the pages in the submittal. Sheet Cl - 1. Remove or revise notations that are not accurate for the existing conditions. 2. The City requires all sub grades, including the parking area, to be lime stabilized. A waiver may be requested in writing for the parking area. 3. The existing stamped concrete band is not located in the right-of-way. Revise drawings to reflect existing conditions. Sheet C2 - Per approved plans for Wynnpage Plaza, Lot I, Block A, Drainage Area C and a portion of Drainage Area B should be directed to the existing inlet at the west side of the property. Sheet C3 - 1. Show the location of the Fire Department Connection (FDC) for the building. 2. Verify with the Fire Marshal that an additional on-site fire hydrant is not required.
