Northlake Wood-CS020815 VILBIG & ASSOCIATES, INC. CONSULTING ENGINEERS & SURVEYORS 10 132 MONROE DRIVE DAJLLAS, TEDCAS 75229 (214) 352-7333 FAX (214) 352-0999 MEMORANDUM TO: Teresa Turner - City ofCoppell FROM: David Vilbig, P.E., RP.L.S. ,t1A-V' DATE: 8/15/02 ITEM: Drainage Problem at Briarglen Drive I have been asked to review a drainage problem at the Rogers residence on Briarglen Drive (Lot 7/BlockD) of the North Lake Woodlands No.7 in Coppell. I have made a site visit and researched the City records to determine a solution, As we discussed several weeks ago, I feel that a small 18"x18" grade inlet constructed in their backyard and connected to the storm sewer is a good solution. The Rogers are on a tight budget and we are hoping that the attached sketches may suffice for your review. Please call if you have any questions. ~=3 :> &iarj\tk1 Ene!.
