Here's another question ...not sure if you would answer it or someone else in your department:
Lola, of Southern Mechanical and Plumbing (Phone: 972- 226-2460) wants a copy of the letter of
acceptance for the water, sewer and drainage systems for the apartments of Jefferson at Riverchase, 600
S. MacArthur. Apparently, Southern Mechanical was the contractor for this portion of the underground
work, but, our permit records show a different mechanical and plumbing contractor for the construction of
the buildings.
Although we sometimes receive copies of acceptance letters from Engineering, we don't have one for this
particular address in our file. If you can provide a copy of that letter to Lola, we would appreciate it.
