Subject: Beltline Pavement Markings
The comments from Per Birdsall, the city's traffic operations manager, are as follows:
1. Try and match the skip configurations to those on Beltline east of MacArthur.
2. Instead of using the City of Dallas specs for left turn lane markings, we prefer using a double row of
white buttons rather than a single row of buttons with a painted stripe.
3. Use acrylic buttons rather than ceramic
4. Do not use jiggle bars.
