Lot 1, containing 36.12 acres, into two lots to allow for the construction of
a 200,000 square foot office/warehouse with future expansion of an
additional 190,000 square-feet, on Lot lA, containing 17.9 acres of
property and a 308,000 square-foot office warehouse on Lot 1B, containing
18.21 acres of property located at the southwest corner of Sandy Lake
Road and Northpoint Drive, at the request of Transwestern Commercial
Services.
