The water meters and fire vault should be located closer to Beltline Road and they must be located within the existing easements. 2. A separate Preliminary Utility Plan is needed for full review. 3. Water and sewer services to the site will be privately maintained and should not be located within any easements. 4. The 18" RCP should be extended to the property line and located within and easement. Drainage easements are a minimum of 20'.
