The photos are attached, The lady who called is Holly Wyatt at 552 Arbor Brook (972 393-3471), She
stated that her upstream neighbor at 548 Arbor Brook installed a new fence and wall and left some of the
old wall and fence in the drainage way and it washed down to 552 Arbor Brook, There is also a substantial
about of tree limbs in the drainage way behind 548 Arbor Brook, I'm not sure what we do about the
standing water. I am in the process of contacting utility companies to determine who the exposed cable
belongs to,
