Suzan,
The THC letter means that you have clearance from them to proceed with
construction. Everything is now done, the fieldwork and the report have been
approved and we have sent them the required final reports. The only other
thing that needs to be done is to pay our second invoice, but the THC doesnt
care about that, and I think that I sent the second one to you a couple of
weeks ago.
