Zachry's signal sub is waiting for controllers to come in before they can activate the new signals on Belt
Line and switch traffic.. The controllers should be delivered in September and every thing else is basically
ready other than minor items.
Contract time runs into October but Zachry is committed to getting out by the end of September.

The public information officer said that she heard that Belt Line Road
would be complete in October. Is this correct, if not, can you tell me
the anticipated completion date for Belt Line Road?
