Preliminary Punch List
Dear Mr. Hammock:
The above referenced project is nearing final completion. The following is a revised
preliminary punch list for the completion of the project.
1. Complete all backfill along Creekview Drive, State Road, and Ruby Road according
to the plans.
2. Complete the placement of the solid sod and the hydro mulch seeding.
3. Adjust and appropriately identify all water valves, and adjust and paint all fire
hydrants.
4. Replace all damaged irrigation and complete final grading along Creekview Drive,
adjacent to Craftmade International, Inc.
5. Repair existing cable and pipe fence on Ruby Road and State Road.
6. Provide marked -up set of plans noting any construction changes to the engineer of
record.
The number of working days originally scheduled for the project was 150 days. Change
Order No. 1 added ten days and Change Order No. 3 added five days for a total of 165
working days. As of the date of this letter, 288 working days have been used. The
working days will continue to accrue until the project is utilized for its intended purpose.
Upon completion of the project a final walk - through will be scheduled. Your attention to
