Attached is a draft copy of the Old Coppell Master Plan to be discussed at the Planning
Commission's March 2l't public meeting. If possible, please review this document prior
to the 21 st, and advise me of any problems, concerns, suggestions, issues, ideas, or other
matters you feel need to be addressed by the Plan. The consultant will be at this meeting
and is anticipating a public hearing before City Council on April 9th. Therefore, you
basically have one shot at revision, and it is very important for any issues brought to your
attention be resolved before the April hearing. I anticipate public input to the plan at the
March meeting and anything we can do to assist LRK to be prepared for that meeting will
be beneficial to us all. I have advised LRK to anticipate questions from the Commission
and we will do everything in our power to resolve any concerns you have before that
meeting. We are on a short leash regarding the Old Coppell study and any priority you
can assign to this important study would be appreciated. If you need additional
