Re: Community Credit Urzion, Construction Plan Revision - 3~d set.
Dear Ms. Tanner:
bt response to the review comments dated August 13, 2002, we are resubmitting the plans
with these changes:
Crnulitiort 1-Show the location of the Fire Department Connectiot2 (FDC) for the
building. It must be within 50 feet of a fire hydrant acrd no more than 3 feet behind the
back of curb.
Response - We have relocated the FDC connection per your requirement.
Coruiition 2 -Consider shortening the deceleration lane storage acrd transition lengths to
avoid having to relocate the traffic signal box artd install new detector loop wire. If this
is not a time efficient possibility, notify the City of Lewisville's Traffic Operations
Division at 972-219-3510 prior to removing the detector loop wire and signal box.
Response - We have designed this deceleration lane per TxDOT requirements as you
suggested. It has been approved by them a~u1 cart only be modified if their requirements
are changed.
