Enclosed is a copy of the Civil Construction Drawings for Phase 1A of the St. Joseph
Village project in Coppell, Texas. These drawings are transmitted to you for your use, and
in partial response to your letter to Gary Roden on August 7, 2002.

Please note that on Sheet C2.1, reference is made to adjust the existing control valve
manhole, and the separate air relief manhole to accommodate the proposed paving
improvements for this project. The details for adjusting these manholes are provided on
Sheet C11.1.
Sheet C11.1 also shows a proposed reinforced concrete structure to support the proposed
7'x3' single box culvert, Stormwater Line "A", at its crossing of Irving's Water Line No. 3.
(See also Sheet C8.8) The original design for this crossing anticipated a clearance of 18"
between the outside of the existing water line and the bottom of the proposed box culvert.
Field measurements have revealed that there is only 10" of clearance between the water
line and the box culvert. However, even with the reduced clearance, the detail we have
proposed will provide a void space above the water line, and should not impose any
external loading in the water line.
