Dear Mr. Boyle:
We appreciate your recent visits to our job site and assistance in the coordination issues related to the City of Irving's
54" water line. Following is a description of the issues discussed with yourself as well as Mr. Garreth Campbell of
the City of Coppell.
I) The 7' by 3' box culvert crossing 54" water, Centex to provide concrete compressive test reports and photos of
reinforcement, see attachments.
2) The existing air relief valve Manhole can remain in curcent location howeve nng and lid shall be changed to~
traffic rated and adjusted to clear new curb and fit paving elevation. The b off will be routed within the eas"ement
