RE: Riverchase Sidewalk Project
Dear Ms. Barber:
Believe it or not, there is good news to report on the Riverchase sidewalk project. Yesterday I
signed the agreement with ONCOR, and the bids are due October 8. The next step is to present
them to Council at their regularly scheduled meeting on October 22.
We realize this has been an extremely long and drawn out process, and the city is most
appreciative of the patience you have shown. Hopefully, we are in the home stretch and finally
moving towards actual construction of the sidewalk.
Once again, we thank you for your understanding of the transition that occurred at TXU when it
became ONCOR and the delays this engendered. If you should have any questions or need
