Construction Plan Comments - 4`h Review
Dear Mr. Vilbig:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the revised plans for the referenced addition and with the
following conditions, the plans will be approved.
Condition 1 -Show the location of the Fire Department Connection (FDC) for the building on
the Civil Plans. John Sudds, P.E. sent a fax showing the FDC from the MEP's on Friday,
September 6`h, and the location was acceptable.
Please submit revised copies for the City Engineer's stamp. The City of Coppell requires three
sets for its use; your office should submit as many additional sets as necessary for construction
operations. All contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans approved by
the City of Coppell.
All fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction. These fees consist of
impact and construction inspection fees to be paid to this office as requested in the Fee
Assessment Letter dated July 2, 2002. The City assesses a 2% inspection fee for all private
construction and 4% for public installations. If you have any questions, please contact me at
