Mr. Bentley:
The City of Coppell has approved the Grandy's Addition plans as shown. 1
have attached a Construction Development Permit for you or your
contractor to submit for approval. We have received payment for the
roadway impact fee however inspection fees are still required prior to
releasing the plans.
Larry Davis will be the construction inspector on the project. Please
contact him at 972 304 -3684 to schedule the pre construction meeting.
Larry has asked for a detail on the bullhead connection for the domestic
and irrigation services prior to the pre construction meeting. You can fax
it to his attention at 972 304 -3570.
