I met with representatives of the contractor for an inspection of the referenced project on August
19, 2002. Maintenance issues that needed to be addressed prior to the expiration of the
maintenance bond were discussed, and an additional site meeting was set for the next week. The
contractor representative failed to show up for the subsequent meeting. I request that you please
