Dear Mr. Roberts:
The City of Coppell has again made a follow -up inspection of the work done on the referenced
project. We observed the block sodding that was placed in various locations. We will have to
wait and see if the sod takes root and grows.
Disturbed areas still exist that are not covered with grass. The season for seeding with Bermuda
grass has passed. At this time we have paid all that we can pay under the terms of the contract.
