Please see the attached plan showing the paver band, sidewalk, and
barrier free ramps with easements. I am not sending information
regarding fire vaults at this time. If the fire marshal is only requiring a
single hydrant to be installed, it may be possible to locate it within the
right-of--way. That would make it a public hydrant therefore a vault would
not be necessary. If you find that the hydrant must be located on-site,
contact me and we'll discuss the requirements.
