Suzan,
I just got a copy of the latest estimate and I talked to a guy over at ISI
that is putting together the estimates now that Philip is gone. We walked
through the last few calculations and I think we have it all worked out.
I've checked the math and it all looks good. He is going to fax over the
revised estimate and I will check it one more time. I'll call ISI as soon
as I am done and they are going to try and get it over to you ASAP. Could
you call Larry and let him know that I looked at the estimate and all the
changes that we discussed in the field this morning have been made and the
numbers look good.

I just checked the latest estimate and the numbers appear to be correct.
The current payment due is $124,945.57.
For some reason on the estimate that they faxed to us earlier the total near
the bottom of page 2 was $994,229.21 but the "Value of Original Contract
Performed" said $1,013,610. They changed it so that both numbers are now
the same.

Did you receive a faxed copy of the revised estimate #7? Larry thought
the dates were supposed to change. The current payment due is the same
as the previously submitted estimate. I am going to check the numbers.

1 looked over Pay Estimate No. 7 and I have a few comments.
According to the sidewalk that we measured last week I came up with
2122 SY
of 5" sidewalk (Item No. 109). ISI is charging for the entire bid item
of
2300 SY. We need to change that. On the other hand ISI is only
charging
for 887.67 SY of HMAC (Item No. 108) and we measured 1456 SY. I also
notice
that ISI is only charging for one Type A Manhole (Item No. 202), Larry
would
know for sure but they should have installed two of these. They
haven't
charged for any buttons as of yet. I also noticed that they haven't
charged
for the Sanitary Sewer Manhole Adjustment (Item No. 401). The only
other
quantity that I had a problem with was 2" Sch. 40 PVC (Item No. 602).
ISI
sent a letter dated August 9th that states that they ran an extra 155
linear
feet of conduit for the street lights. The bid quantity was 4755 LF,
if you
add 155 LF you get a total of 4910 LF not the 4971.75 LF that they are
asking for.
