Dear Mr. Canedy,
The purpose of this letter is to bring this project to closure. I would like to call to your attention some
outstanding issues concerning the parking lot addition to the Northlake Business Center, RLK project #
00084.
1. The detention basin and 18" RCP storm drain pipe at the N.E. corner of the property have not been
constructed.
2. The 1" irrigation meter to the south of the east driveway has not been installed.
3. The sidewalk connecting the parking lot to the improved church property is not ADA compliant.
