Mr. Latta,
We did bring these issues up with the Construction Company several
months ago, when this was brought to our attention by the City.
Since, our contract did not include Construction Management we were
unaware of the Site Conditions after the City approved the Engineering
Documents.
These unresolved issues should be directed to the Construction Company
as well as the Developer.
Below you will find the Construction Company's information as well as
Developer's information.
