This letter is to inform you of an apparent sewer service line failure from the right -of -way
to the manhole at approximately 632 Deforest Court. This project is pending a final
acceptance from the City of Coppell. Please arrange for the repair to be done
immediately. I would appreciate a call to let me know when your crew will be on the site
to take care of this problem.
