Dear Mr. O'Dell:
Welch Engineering, hic. has complied with the requirements of the Texas Department of Licensing
and Regulations - Architectural Barriers Section for design of parking, sidewalks and site
accessibility outside the building on the aforementioned project. Drawings were submitted and
reviewed by Mr. Richard Ferkin of Barrier Free Texas / TAS (BFT Project No. 01138) on February
20, 2002. He will be conducting a final site inspection of the actual improvements sometime in the
next several weeks. Any modifications or adjustments necessitated by his review comments will be
corrected by the General Contractor for this project.
