Construction Plan Review Comments
Dear Mr. Bentley:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the revised plans for the referenced addition. These plans
meet our current minimum standards for construction and have been approved.
Please submit copies for the City Engineer's stamp. The City of Coppell requires three sets for
its use; your office should submit as many additional sets as necessary for construction
operations. All contractors and subcontractors on site must have a copy of the plans approved by
the City of Coppell.
All fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction. These fees consist of
roadway impact and construction inspection fees to be paid to this office as requested in the Fee
Assessment Letter dated July 18, 2002. The City assesses a 2% inspection fee for all private
construction onsite outside the building's footprint. This would include all dirt work, erosion
control, paving, storm drain, water lines, sewer lines, drainage pipes, etc. that is private. For all
public installations, the City of Coppell charges a 4% inspection fee. If you have any questions,
