Wynnpage Plaza South Walk-thru on 915/02
1. Mark "F.H." in blue on street marker.
2. Mark "MLV" in blue on curb.
3. Paint Fire Department riser red.
4. Paint "MLV" blue (painted red at this time).
5. Paint meter cans lids blue.
6. I" irrigation needs setter on meter loop.
7. 1" irrigation DC needs testing.
8. 1 112" Domestic meter needs testing.
9. Plugs in irrigation, domestic, and vault.
10. Vault needs lock latch.
II. Vault needs to be dry and needs blocking under valves in vault.
12. Valve is closed in vault; need to open fire line to building.
13. Need 2" drainage around vault.
14. Mark "MH" in red on curb at manholes.

17. Raise meter can on old irrigation (north of building) to curb high.
18. Clean meter can to lower fitting for irrigation (north of building) to bypass cutoff.
