RF: Sherrill Acres Addition Future Development Points
Dear Ms. Turner
In following tip on our telephone conversation of Wednesday, September 17, 2002, I am
writing to confirm the points of our discussion.
First It is the intent of The Francis Group, L.L.C., to extend the 8" waterline coming
off of the 12" waterline on Beltline Road at the time we develop Parcel 4, as
shown on the attached property exhibit.
Second It is the intent of The Francis Group, L.L.C., to extend the fire lane through
parcel 4, as shown on the attached property exhibit, at the time we develop that
parcel.
I believe this covers our conversation and meets the Planning and Zoning Commission's
request for a written confirmation of the subject points. Please do not hesitate to call me
if any additional information is needed.
