Pursuant to the Property Code of the State of Texas, you are hereby notified that AFS Environmental, Inc. has not received
payment for the labor performed and materials furnished for use on above referenced project. AFS Environmental, Inc. provided
and installed erosion control services for this project on behalf of Infrastructures Services, Inc.
The sum of $375.00 is the unpaid balance for all labor performed and materials furnished during the month of July 2002 and this
sum has accrued or is past due according to the agreement between the parties. This amount is just and correct.
AFS Environmental, Inc. hereby demands payment of the amount due as specified above from everyone identified in this
document. Please notify the undersigned immediately if this notice has been directed to the wrong person, or if any of the
information specified in this notice is incorrect.
This notice is served to establish a lien against the project and/or a claim against any payment bond issued concerning this project,
to the full extent permitted by applicable law. AFS Environmental, Inc. is legally required to give this notice to preserve its
rights. Accordingly, AFS Environmental, Inc. routinely gives such notices on all projects. AFS Environmental, Inc. follows this
procedure to provide fair notice to all interested persons, and not out of distrust of anyone. AFS Environmental, Inc. is pleased to
