On this date, an HBC Engineering technician arrived at the above referenced
jobsite as scheduled for drilled belled pier inspection. See attached sheet for
recorded data.
NOTE: Required depth was brought up to 12.0 feet due to water problems.
Pier locations were not on Grid line. Piers are numbered in the
order they were drilled.
Superintendent's plans S2.3, detail 3 shows detail of pier
configuration and are numbered in conjunction with pier report.
