Final Punch List
Dear Mr. Hammock:
The final walk - through for the above referenced project was conducted on Wednesday,
September 18, 2002. The following items from the Engineering, Streets, and Utilities
department's punch lists remain to be completed.
ENGINEERING
1. Clean up all trash and debris within the project limits.
2. Repair modular wall.
3. Provide marked -up set of plans noting any construction changes to the engineer of
record.
4. Provide affidavit of payment with a complete list of the sub - contractors.
STREETS DIVISION
1. Rout and seal random cracks.
2. Clean and seal broken areas at joints.
3. Rout and seal at storm inlet in roadway.

UTILITIES DEPARTMENT
1. Fire hydrant valve on Freeport, south of Creekiew Drive: damaged valve; will not
turn. Check with Larry Davis about repair.
