Dear Gary:
Per our telephone conversation last week regarding the landscaping
square foot coverage and number of parking spaces for the above -
mentioned project, I would like to bring the following matters to
your attention:
The Site Plan shows 10,887 square feet(34.59 %) of landscaping
which includes the parkways along Denton Tap Road & Sandy
Lake Road. If we omit the parkways, the total landscaping
will be 6,176 square feet (19.62%).
The Site Plan shows 19 parking spaces for this project of
which 7 exist along the West property line. There was an agree-
ment between The Southland Corp. and Connell Development for
these parking spaces on The Southland Corporation's property.
Also,the overall Site Plan for the shopping center indicates 71
extra parking spaces.
Enclosed please find the following information for your use /review:
One copy of Site Plan which has highlighted Landscaping Area
One copy of the overall Site Plan for the shopping center
One copy of the recent survey for the Southland tract.
