If we omit the parkways, the total landscaping will be 6,176 square feet (19.62%). The Site Plan shows 19 parking spaces for this project of which 7 exist along the West property line. There was an agree- ment between The Southland Corp. and Connell Development for these parking spaces on The Southland Corporation's property. Also,the overall Site Plan for the shopping center indicates 71 extra parking spaces.
