Dear Mr. Griffin:
We have reviewed your comments regarding the Civil Engineering plans for the above
referenced project. We have addressed the comments as follows:
The requested 20' utility easements for the water meter vaults have been added.
Sheet CPPOI:
~. The letter requesting the elimination of lime-stabilized sub-grade for parking areas is
attached.
The ten parking spaces crosshatched are spaces reserved for delivery van parking.
~. The security gate located near the northwest comer of the site has been added.
Sheet CDAOI:
r~s discussed with Theresa Turner we are now converting the existing curb inlet to a grate
inlet structure. The nortbem drive approach has been relocated to align with the proposed
fire lane north of the building.
Sheet CSDOI:
'~We have revised the grading east of the propose building to reflect the original drainage
divides created with the plans for the overall Amberpoint development. The hydraulic
grade line from the junction structure to the proposed connection to the existing storm
sewer system has been recalculated and is reflected on sheet CSD02.

Sheet CWWOI:
~.~ix-inch cleanouts have been added to the sanitary sewer lines at the north end of the site.
· The monument sign is shown now shown on this sheet. We have adjusted the location of
the vault, domestic meter, and irrigation meter to avoid any conflicts with the sign.
.~We have reconfigured the tap on the existing 12" W.L. as requested. We are tapping the
12" W.L. with an 8" tapping sleeve and valve. The domestic and irrigation tap are
located on the proposed 8" W.L.
Sheet CWW02:
.~The proposed manholes on lines D and E are 5' diameter manholes.
Flow lines for line D and Line E have been revised to accommodate the expansion of the
Staples facility in the future.
