Martin Ledford is nearly through with the revised Bridge railing details. We need to know
if you want to review the plans before we forward them to Rebcon. In the interest of
time, we could forward the plans to both you and the contractor and note the plans as
preliminary. We have provided preliminary details and sections to Robert Bibby so they
could start pricing the changes. Robert indicated the revised rail would be substantially
more expensive than the current rail design.
We are designing the wrought iron rail along the east side of the bridge to be a
continuous rail placed just inside the light standard bases. Please advise us if this is not
the location and design you prefer.
