In a previous letter, you were informed that additional data might be required to complete our review of the request. The data required to complete our review, which must be submitted within 90 days of the date of this letter, are listed on the enclosed summary. Please send the required data to us at the address shown at the bottom of this page. Further action on the request has been suspended pending receipt of the required data. If we do not receive the required data within 90 days, we will suspend the processing of your request. Any data submitted after 90 days will be treated as an original submittal and will be subject to all submittal/payment procedures, including the review and processing fee in effect at the time of the re- submittal. A copy of the notice summarizing the current fee schedule, which was published in the Federal Register, is enclosed for your information as outlined in Paragraph 72.7(a) of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) regulations (44 CFR Parts 59 -78). Pembroke, P.E. Community: City of Coppell, Dallas County, Texas Community No.: 480170 The issues listed below must be addressed before we can continue the review of your request. Our review of the proposed conditions hydraulic models indicates that the floodway (459 feet) is wider than the floodplain (427 feet) at Cross Section 394+40. Please review the geometry, channel banks stations, and encroachment stations for the above - referenced cross section and submit the revised multiple profile and floodway models. 2. The computed floodplain and floodway widths from the submitted duplicate effective models do not match with the computed floodway and floodplain widths from the effective Flood Insurance Study (FIS) model at Cross Sections 392 +90, 394+40, 394 +90, and 395+40. Please review and compare the submitted duplicate effective models with the effective FIS model and make necessary corrections in the duplicate effective model. (Please note that the input data in the duplicate effective model should mimic the input data in the effective FIS model). 3. The proposed floodplain top widths shown in the post - project hydraulic analysis at the following cross sections do not match the approximate floodplain top widths shown on the topographic workmap, titled Schreiber Tract Post Project 100 -year F000dplain & Floodway Exhibit, prepared by Kimley -Horn and Associates, Inc.
