The issues listed below must be addressed before we can continue the review of your request.
Our review of the proposed conditions hydraulic models indicates that the floodway (459 feet) is
wider than the floodplain (427 feet) at Cross Section 394+40. Please review the geometry,
channel banks stations, and encroachment stations for the above - referenced cross section and
submit the revised multiple profile and floodway models.
2. The computed floodplain and floodway widths from the submitted duplicate effective models do
not match with the computed floodway and floodplain widths from the effective Flood Insurance
Study (FIS) model at Cross Sections 392 +90, 394+40, 394 +90, and 395+40. Please review and
compare the submitted duplicate effective models with the effective FIS model and make
necessary corrections in the duplicate effective model. (Please note that the input data in the
duplicate effective model should mimic the input data in the effective FIS model).

cross sections do not match the approximate floodplain top widths shown on the topographic
workmap, titled Schreiber Tract Post Project 100 -year F000dplain & Floodway Exhibit, prepared
