Dear Mr. Mears:
Attached is an electronic copy of the most current project report. The
original has been sent by DWU thru conventional mail.
Dallas Water Utilities records show the most recent bid/advertise date to be
October 2002. It is the understanding of DWU that right-of-way acquisition
currently under way for this project, but not yet complete. Please advise as
to the most current estimate for bid/advertise date and construction date.
DWU is also uncertain about the source of funding for adjustment of DWU
facilities during construction. If DWU is to fund adjustments an
inter-local agreement(ILA) will be necessary. Also, in the case of an Il_A,
will DWU create a contract with Dallas County or with the City of Coppell?
Please advise.
