Following a review of the legal descriptions and plat for parcels 1,3,5,6,& 7, I have
the following comments for your consideration:
1. Parcel 1 - Our abstract map indicates the number of the J. Gibson Abstract as
1716.
2. Parcel 6 - Lot 1 R was dedicated to the Freeport North Industrial Park Owners
Association, as recorded in Lot 1 R Replat - Vol. 95245, Page 2050.
Please review these comments and make any necessary changes. I will need two
(2) original, signed and sealed copies for each of the parcels.

recorded in Volume 94091, Page 01680, of the Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas,
which 0.504 acre tract of land is more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at a Yz" iron rod found in the existing North right-of-way line of
Bethel Road, common to the South line of said 159.788 aGre tract of land, said 1/2 inch
iron rod also being an interior comer of said 159.788 acre tract of land;
THENCE, North 89043' 08" East, along said common existing North right-of-way line
of Bethel Road and the South line of said 159.788 acre tract, a distance of 407.15 feet to a
point for the Southwest corner of the proposed right-of-way line of Bethel Road, said
