Final Punch List
Dear Mr. Hammock:
The final walk - through for the above referenced project was conducted on Wednesday,
September 18, 2002. The punch lists from the Streets and Utilities Departments are
enclosed. The following is a punch list from the Engineering Department for the
completion of the project:
1. Complete the placement of the solid sod and the hydro mulch seeding.
2. Adjust and appropriately identify all water valves, and adjust and paint all fire
hydrants.
3. Repair concrete paving and damaged curb throughout the limits of the project.
4. Clean up all trash and debris within the project limits.
5. Repair modular wall.
6. Check paving grade deflections throughout the limits of the project.
7. There is standing water in the gutter on the north side of Creekview Drive and west of
Freeport Parkway.
8. Clean storm drain and inlets.
9. Complete air relief installation.
10. Replace tree adjacent to Craftmade International, Inc.

11. Provide marked -up set of plans noting any construction changes to the engineer of
record.
12. Provide affidavit of payment with a complete list of the sub - contractors.
The number of working days originally scheduled for the project was 150 days. Change
Order No. 1 added ten days and Change Order No. 3 added five days for a total of 165
working days. As of the date of this letter, 311 working days have been used. No days
have been charged for the time period from September 18 to September 20. The working
days will continue to accrue until the project is utilized for its intended purpose. Your
attention to this matter is appreciated and should you have any questions or need any
