RE: Ruby Road Project # ST01-02
Dear Mr. Martinez:
This letter is written as a follow-up to the August 12th letter from Duke Construction concerning the
relocation of eight poles along Ruby Road. With this letter I am providing plans showing the power
poles (in red) and the future paving (curbs in green). As can be seen all power poles on the south side
need to be relocated. Also, at least two poles on the north side need to be relocated. In addition, the
poles along the old section of Ruby Road (west end) will need to be relocated.
The timeline for this project is to begin the bidding process in October, award the bid and begin
construction prior to the end of this year. It is critical that this road be complete by the early part of
2003 to serve a planned development on the south side of Ruby Road, west of Coppell Road.
Please contact me with your proposed timetable when you have had an oppommity to review the
