RE: Walk-thru Cpppell Service enter
1. Paint au fire hydrants yellow.
2. Mark fire hydrant buttons blue in street at all Yu~e hydrants.
3. All valves to have pads 18" X 1$".
4. Mark on curb in red FHV at all FH valves.
S. Mark on curb in blue MLV at ail main line valves.
6. No. valves tested worked.
7. No. F.H. tested PSI ar worked.
8. Vault DC needs to be tested.
9. Domestic 2" DC needs to be tested.
10. Vault needs lock latch on top lid.
11. Paint vault lid blue.
12. Need dut work at vault and meter cans to ground level.
13. Vault not inspected for blocking under valves or leak or valves open.
14. Sewer CO marked in red on curb (CO).
15, Remove concrete from sewer cleanout and paint lids red..
16. Paint Fire Dept. riser red.
17. Need letter from landscaper stating they will n.ot cover water valves or sewer
cteanouts.
ill. Need PSI test on FDC.
19. Did not -ralk sewer line on this date.
20. Mark under ground sleeves under paving.

1. Rout and seal random cracks in driveway going lnto service center.
2. Cleanup concrete spilled on driveway going into service center,
3. Remove forms on drive approach on Coppell Road.
4. Take zip strips out of curb joints and seal.
S. Stain all ADA ramps brick red. (STAIN not Paint)
6. Water ponding at ADA lamp north side of bu~7ding northwest corner,
7. Rout and seal all random cracks in parking lot inside secure area.
8. Large water ponding area west side of pole barn.
9. Water ponding where concrete meets asphalt in southwest corner.
10. Tear out and replace sidewalk on southwest side of entrance to main building.
ii. Rout and seal all random crack in concrete parking lot.
12. Water ponding in middle of asphalt parking lot on south. side of driveway.
13. Large water ponding at radius of asphalt parking and curb line by light pole on north
side of driveway.
14. Sackfill and clean behind curbs and entire area.
