The City of Coppell will be accepting bids on the referenced project prior to October 28, 2002, 2:00
p.m., at which time they will be publicly opened and read. A Pre-Bid Conference has been
scheduled for this project at Coppell Town Center (255 Parkway Blvd.) on October 21, 2002 at
2:00 p.m.
The Scope of Work is generally as follows:
This project consists of the installation of Ruby Road extending from Freeport Parkway to
Coppell Road. This project will include the removal of existing pavement, excavation and
all related utilities, as well as the installation of pavement and utilities as described in the
plans for ST 01-02. The paving, drainage and sanitary sewer will be constructed in phases.
The 12" waterline may be installed along the south side at one time; however, the services
will be installed in phases. Work shall include all components necessary for the '~turn key"
construction of the roadway as shown in the plans for ST 01-02.
