On August 16, 2002, a letter was sent to you requesting that City representatives be
allowed to attend the final walk - through on the above referenced project. You have
indicated to our office that the south lanes of traffic will opened some time during the
week of October 14 - 18. Can you provide me with an updated schedule for the final
walk - through so that I can inform the City representatives?
